Halı TR Privacy Policy
The Halı TR brand is owned by Kürşat Betuz (Ankara). The publisher of the application is CidQu Limited. This document explains how we collect, store, and process your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
1. What Data Do We Collect?
- Name, surname, phone number, email
- Halı TR in-app profile and transaction history
- SMS verification data (via NETGSM)
- GPS/map data (geolocator, google_maps_flutter, location)
- Search and browsing activity (algolia, typesense)
- App usage statistics (firebase_analytics, firebase_performance)
- Photo/video selection (image_picker)
- Cache and preference data (shared_preferences, cached_network_image, flutter_cache_manager)
- Device information and crash logs (firebase_crashlytics)
2. How Do We Collect and Use Data?
- Account creation, authentication, and session management (firebase_auth).
- Product and service delivery; execution of order, reservation, or service workflows.
- Sending notifications and information (firebase_messaging), SMS verification and notifications (NETGSM).
- Search, filtering, and discovery experience (algolia, typesense).
- Map-based positioning, routing, and address display (google_maps_flutter, google_maps, map_launcher).
- Performance and usage measurement (firebase_analytics, firebase_performance), error detection (firebase_crashlytics).
- Media upload and storage (image_picker, firebase_storage), content caching.
- Fulfillment of legal obligations under KVKK Articles 5/2 and 6, establishment and performance of contracts, legitimate interests.
3. Storage and Security
All user data is securely stored in Google Cloud Firestore. Data transmitted through the Firebase infrastructure is protected by TLS; access is restricted through role-based authorization. Local device cache is retained only for the duration necessary for application functionality.
4. Sharing with Third Parties
- Service providers: Google/Firebase (auth, analytics, firestore, storage, messaging, crashlytics, performance), map and location services, search infrastructure (Algolia, Typesense), SMS delivery (NETGSM).
- Legal obligations: Data may be shared with authorized public institutions and organizations in compliance with KVKK and applicable legislation upon request.
5. Your Rights Under KVKK
Under KVKK, you have the right to apply to the data controller to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request updates, deletion, restriction of processing, to object, and to claim compensation in case of damage. 6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The application uses local storage and cache (shared_preferences, flutter_cache_manager) to remember your session and preferences. When browser cookies are used, only essential and analytics cookies are activated.
7. Data Retention Periods
- Account data: Until the periods prescribed by legislation or until your request to delete your account.
- Transaction and log records: For the duration of legal retention periods.
- Analytics data: May be retained for statistical purposes after being anonymized/pseudonymized.
8. International Data Transfer
Firebase and Google Cloud services may use overseas data centers. Transfers are carried out in compliance with KVKK and applicable international data transfer regulations.
